They say happiness compounds by sharing... On a similar note I believe sweetness multiplies by adding deserts together. One legendary combination is of gulab jamuns with icecream vanilla to be more specific.I am no chef and not the inventor of this delight. It was the spring of 2004 when I was part of Tata motors in India.
The members of the Graduate engineers Commitee decided to throw a gettogether party for the new rectuits. But with limited funding most of the niche restautants in Pune were put of question. The alternate was to cater and we were honored to be hosted by the Lake house of Mr. Ratan Tata on the premises of Tata Motors Pune. Mr. Tata uses the places for his holiday retreats and during his visits to the Pune plant- hence it is unoccupied for most of the year. The place is home to his personal staff amongst them is a army of chefs catering to the great man himself. The food was exquisite gourmet a slap in the face to most restaurants on the planet. The Gulab Jamun in a Vanilla came from thie getaway!
{What say Mr Sandipan Mitra?}
